I actually forgot to mention this totally on my thread at Warrior forum. The truth is I designed DynaThemes to compliment my other plugin (WPiFramer) and of course to showcase my products since I create my own products very often. Although I have custom WordPress theme that comes along when you purchase WPiFramer but it was not robust as DynaThemes I mean with DynaThemes you can do a lot and it is primarily designed for boosting sales or opt-in conversion.

Here’s how these DynaThemes and WPiFramer works together.

You can create a clean affiliate site with out interfering their branding (products that you are promoting) It looks like very natural as you can totally get rid the header of your blog. See the Sample Here. As you can see on the sample I only added a small sidebar on the left just enough to serve as navigation tray.

Now here’s the settings of that sample blog.

Step 1: Get rid all the header elements, you can do this by going to >DynaThemes >Menu & Fonts >Header Options and uncheck the the boxes.

Step 2: Set the widths by going to >DynaThemes >Main Structure >Adjust Canvas Width and set the following values:

Site Width = 1280 – Content Area Width = 1100 – Sidebar Width = 180 (All in pixels)

Step 3: Create a page and make it as home page. Go to your >Setting >Reading >Static page and on the drop down menu choose the page that you’ve just created.

That’s all there is to it. You can now have a neat iFramer blog for your affiliate promotions.

Featured Contents – Here you can manage the featured contents on the home page of your blog. The management of this section is outside the DynaThemes main panel, you can find it right on the upper left side of your blog admin’s sidebar as shown on the image below.

Just navigate your way to >Featured >Add New

This works just like posting a new blog posts so you are probably very particular with it. See the illustration below for your reference.

To add the icon, just upload your image by clicking on the “Set featured image” link as shown on the image above and set the alignment to left or right side.

If you want to balance the box sizes of the featured contents simply make the contents as equal length as possible so it will look nice.

To create and/or customize menu just follow the following simple steps:

1. On your WordPress admin panel go to >Appearance >Menu. If there’s no menu created yet then please create one as shown on the screen shot below.
   
2. After you’ve created the menu which on this case it’s “Header” then you should see the “Header” on the left drop down menu. Go ahead select it then hit save. (See screen shot below).
   
3. After you’ve done the above steps you should be able to add any pages, posts, category and external links to your menu. On this example which shown below I checked the posts that I want to add on my menu and hit “Add to Menu” button.
   
4. After you’ve done the above steps you should be able to create your main and sub-menu, you can also rearrange them by just dragging and dropping to the position you want. On the example shown below, I’ve created the following posts “Test 1″ and “Test 2″ as drop down menu and “Sample Page” as the main menu. Noticed, the “Test 1″ and “Test 2″ are indented.
   

You can do the same with the footer menu however DynaThemes do not support drop down menu on footers but the concept is the same.

DynaThemes comes with a custom home page but just in case you don’t want to use it and you want to make your home page as typical blog then no problem, just follow the following steps.

Step 1: Create a page and change it to “Blog Template” as shown below.

Step 2: Go to your >Setting >Reading >Static page and on the drop down menu choose the page that you’ve just created as shown below.

That’s it!

Q1: I can’t upload the DynaThemes zip file on my WordPress installer why?

A: Chances are you either have no admin permission to install any themes on that said blog or your host has a very small allowable upload file. Some host are limiting the php.ini allowed upload file size on your server. You either contact your host admin to increase your allowable upload file or simply extract the DynaThemes zip file and upload it to your theme directory via ftp. of course if you need any help please feel free to contact us.

Q2: Where can I get the license key?

A: License key are automatically generated and sent out to your email address upon purchase. Please check your email inbox including the spam folder as there are spam filters that are very strict for incoming emails. If you can’t still find it please create a ticket along with your proof of purchase so we can act upon as soon as possible.

Q4: How To Add The Featured Boxes On The Home Page?

A: This is very easy to do. You can do it just like you are posting a blog. On your WordPress admin’s sidebar click on >Featured >Add new. For more details please see the tutorials here.
